Jeffrey Scott Rodgers was a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a proud member of the Southwood High School Class of 1986. Known to his friends and family simply as "Jeff," he was described by those who knew him as a gentle and trusting soul with a kind and generous spirit.
Jeff was the beloved son of George and Loretta Rodgers, and brother to Phillip and Chris. He was deeply loved by his family, who knew him well enough to know that he would never have hesitated to share what he had with those around him.
Jeff passed away on September 24, 1994, at the age of 27. He is remembered fondly by his classmates and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
